2024 Award Nominations
Nominations are now open for our 2023 Awards of Excellence! Who have you seen make a difference in our association and our community this year? Nominations are due by November 27, 2024.
Registration will open on December 2 for the Install and Awards Luncheon on January 9, 2025 where all recipients will be recognized!
The nominee for REALTOR® of the Year must be a full-time, producing REALTOR® who, in their professional life, displays integrity in dealing with others and exemplifies high moral character. The nominee shall be a person who has provided outstanding service to the real estate profession and the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® during the year in which the nomination is made.
The nominee for must be a current Affiliate Partner of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® and has been for at least 1 full calendar year. This award is based on consistent support and activity for the betterment of our REALTOR® community. The Affiliate Partner of the Year will be awarded to a company, not an individual employee of the Affiliate.
The nominee for Rising Star must be a full-time, producing REALTOR® who, in their professional life, displays integrity in dealing with others and exemplifies high moral character. The nominee must have less than 3 full years in the real estate business by November 17, 2023 and is based on support and activity with the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®.
The nominee for Decade of Achievement must be a full-time, producing REALTOR® who, in their professional life, displays integrity in dealing with others and exemplifies high moral character. The ward will be given not based on production, but the nominee must be actively engaged in the profession. The award is based on consistent support and activity with the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® over the past 10+ years.
The nominee for the Community Involvement Award must be a full-time, producing REALTOR® who, in his or her professional life, displays integrity in dealing with others and exemplifies high moral character. This award is based on consistent support and activity for the betterment of our local community outside of their real estate activities.
The Educational Achievement Award is a self-nominating award and REALTORS® are encouraged to apply for this award themselves. The nominee must be a full-time, producing REALTOR® who, in his or her professional life, displays integrity in dealing with others and exemplifies high moral character. Qualifying educational credit as listed in the application is to have been earned in the period November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2024.
