In the past 3 years, what have you done to improve your skills as a real estate professional?

To enhance my skills and stay current with industry changes, I actively attend both CE and non-CE classes. Additionally, I constantly learn from each transaction, collaborating with agents and others involved in the process. This ongoing learning ensures I can provide the best possible service to my clients.

Why are you seeking the seat that you are?

I am seeking this position to elevate the value of our profession by promoting professionalism and eduction in our industry.  Often REALTORS® are perceived unfavorably for various reasons and leading by example, we can set high standards and show the true value of what REALTORS® do and enhance the reputation of our profession.

What do you feel are your strongest attributes that you will bring to this position if elected?

I feel the strongest attribute I bring to this position are my 20 years of real estate experience, knowledge, and expertise.  Various challenges and changes over the years, have equipped me with the ability to easily adapt to new developments and innovations within the field of real estate.
