In the past 3 years, what have you done to improve your skills as a real estate professional?
In the past 3 years I have primarily focused on my real estate business with new construction. I have been extremely blessed to be a partner with my son in Eric Hawkins Custom Homes and be involved with buyers in building custom homes and helping them make selections/decisions for their homes. I continue to work with buyers and sellers in listing and selling properties in Montgomery County.
What is your history of service to this association and its members?
I have been a real estate agent for 29 years. I also received my brokers license in 2005.
Why are you seeking the seat that you are?
I have been fortunate to work along side my husband, Dick Littleton for over 25 years and we have had a successful career in real estate. During that time Dick served as President of Board at CAR and I was very involved when he was President. I feel like this is the time in my career to serve as a director on the board.
What do you feel are your strongest attributes that you will bring to this position if elected?
I feel I have many years of experience in this industry to help make decisions to guide and direct our board and its members.

My background is in business and accounting and feel that this knowledge will be beneficial to the board as well.
