The tapestry of Marcia’s life began in Sarasota, Florida as 1 of 6 children in a Mennonite family raised on a diary farm. And yes, Fun Fact…Her birth name was Marcia Joy Peachey. ☺ On a whim she visited Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama with a high school friend where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. Upon graduation her life centered around teaching, church & the world of men’s college basketball which brought her to Austin Peay State University and Clarksville. She was blessed with 3 children Caitlin, Cannon & Carter. Of course, their names were chosen for the shear reason of how it would sound when announced over the PA system while playing sports. In 2012 she was inspired by Sherwin & Norma Clift, REALTOR leaders in Clarksville to bring her skills to the world of real estate. She decided to give up her role as a teacher and become a student of the industry. She is grateful for all the experiences from being on a team, honored as “Rookie of the Year” at Keller Williams, to the exclusive listing agent for a builder then growing her business as the #1 individual agent at Century 21. She graduated from the Clarksville Association of Realtors & the Tennessee Association of Realtor Leadership Programs. Marcia has served on the Ethics Committee and is a certified Military Relocation Professional. In 2020 The Campbell Group was formed with a move to Coldwell Banker Conroy, Marable & Holleman. The owner and broker Mark Holleman’s vision, heart for the Clarksville community and life of integrity were a perfect fit for the vision of The Campbell Group with business partner Nikki Peterson. Our mission is to be expert educators for the Clarksville and Ft. Campbell communities guiding clients though the home experience. The Campbell Group and Coldwell Banker Conroy, Marable & Holleman have a common goal of serving others, advocating for them, and sharing “Why Clarksville is a Great Place to Live”. Beyond her professional life, Marcia is a certified Miss Tennessee judge volunteering her time at local pageants as well as being a judge at the state Miss Tennessee pageant in Jackson, Tennessee. She gives her time & talents to Austin Peay sports teams & served on the largest scholarship fundraiser, The Candlelight Ball. Marcia is involved with several organization and traveled to do work to elevate the lives of others in need. She lives her passion every day as a REALTOR, for it is not a job…it is a daily adventure! Her other adventures take her to the ocean, the mountains, and basketball arenas to spend time with her children, family and friends or exploring music, art and traveling to new places to experience different cultures and ways of life. She is grateful to be a part of her client’s home journey creating a beautiful moment in the tapestry of their life. This is her Joy! Life is a journey of learning and growing to share with others to build a stronger community for all to shine. This profession has given so much to her and should she be elected to the Board of Directors she welcomes the opportunity to serve.“
