In the past 3 years, what have you done to improve your skills as a real estate professional?
Over the past three years, I’ve dedicated myself to continuous professional development as a realtor. Beyond meeting the industry’s required education standards, I’ve actively sought out opportunities to enhance my skills and better serve my clients. I believe in building strong relationships based on trust, understanding, and open communication. To stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, I’ve regularly attended real estate conferences across the country. These events have provided invaluable opportunities to learn from experienced agents, network with professionals from diverse backgrounds, and gain insights into emerging market dynamics.
What is your history of service to this association and its members?
In addition to my professional achievements, I’ve been a dedicated member of the local real estate community. I’ve served as past president of the Clarksville Association of Realtors, demonstrating my leadership and commitment to the organization. My involvement extends to various committees, including: RPAC (Realtors Political Action Committee): Advocating for policies that support the real estate industry. Governmental Affairs: Monitoring and influencing legislation that impacts realtors and property owners. Housing Affordability: Working to address the challenges of affordable housing in our community. Diversity and Inclusion: Promoting a more equitable and inclusive environment within the real estate industry. Previously, I’ve also contributed to the Professional Development and Professional Standards Committees, focusing on enhancing the skills and ethical practices of our members. Moreover, I’ve had the opportunity to serve on the State Professional Standards Committee and the Form Committee, playing a crucial role in shaping industry standards and resources.
Why are you seeking the seat that you are?
My decision to serve on the Clarksville Association of Realtors and various committees stems from a deep belief in the importance of our organization and its role in shaping the real estate industry. With my knowledge, experience, and passion for the profession, I am dedicated to ensuring that our association remains a leader in Tennessee. I am committed to working collaboratively with my fellow members to identify emerging trends, address challenges, and seize opportunities. By fostering a forward-thinking mindset and embracing innovation, we can position our association for continued success and growth.
