In the past 3 years, what have you done to improve your skills as a real estate professional?
Over the past three years, I’ve actively pursued continuing education to stay ahead of market trends and adapt to the evolving technological shifts in the industry.  I’ve built strong relationships with other agents in our community, allowing me to learn best practices and share insights.

What is your history of service to this association and its members?
I’ve been a dedicated member of the Association, I currently serve as a Board member, I am the RPAC Liaison, serving on the Attaianable Housing committee, and the Diversity Committee. I also serve on the Tennessee Realtors form Committee and the Professional Standards Committee for several years.

Why are you seeking the seat that you are?
As a 30-year military veteran, you bring a unique perspective on discipline, strategy, and working as a cohesive unit—all essential traits for leading a large organization. Your experience as the 2020 President of the Clarksville Association of Realtors proves you have already successfully navigated the responsibilities of this role.

Champion the next generation of REALTORS®, helping them find their voice and place in our community.
Modernize our outreach, making sure we’re not just relevant—but magnetic.
Honor our legacy while boldly shaping our future.

What do you feel are your strongest attributes that you will bring to this position if elected?

I have a track record of identifying complex issues and developing practical solutions. My ability to work well with others, achieve results, and provide the best solutions for the organization and its members, while seeing the big picture while paying attention to the details, will be a valuable asset to this position.
