Kentucky Forms

To help our members who also hold a license in Kentucky, we have partnered with the Bluegrass REALTORS® Association in Lexington, Kentucky to provide a full suite of forms for your use!

Access to the Forms is $60.00 per year, prorated.
You can also subscribe to take all of the Bluegrass Association’s education, both in person and on Zoom, for an additional $60.00 per year. View their Continueing Education offerings HERE.

How it Works:
1. Submit the form below.
2. A CAR staff member will send an invoice within 24 business hours
3. After the invoice is paid, your access will be submitted to Transaction Desk.
4. You will receive an email with a link to a DropBox folder giving you access to the static forms until your Transaction Desk access is set up.
4. It can take up to a week for the folder to show up in your Transaction Desk account.
5. Use your forms just like you do with the TN REALTORS® Forms!
