Code of Ethics Complaints and Ombudsman Services

Every REALTOR® member subscribes to a strict Code of Ethics that governs their actions with their clients, the public, and other REALTOR® members. Enforcement of this Code is an obligation that all REALTOR® associations take seriously. You can download the 2024 REALTOR® Code of Ethics here.

Mediation and Arbitration

REALTOR® Members have at their disposal and are obligated to utilize the Mediation and Arbitration process when certain contractual disputes occur with other REALTOR® members. To inititate Mediation or Arbitration, please contact Tennessee REALTORS® and the state-led Professional Standards Department.
