How long have you been a member of CAR?
I have proudly been a member of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® since 2002. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to serving both my clients and my fellow REALTORS® while supporting the mission and growth of our association..
In the past 3 years, what have you done to improve your skills as a real estate professional?
I believe learning should never stop. Over the past three years, I have continued investing in my professional development by attending local, state, and national real estate education opportunities, industry conferences, and leadership training. I stay current on market trends, legislative updates, and best practices so I can better serve my clients while also bringing valuable knowledge and perspective back to our association.
What is your history of service to this association and its members (committees, events, etc.)?
Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving our association in a variety of leadership roles, including serving on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, Budget & Finance, RPAC, Helping Hands and other committees. I have also participated in association events and initiatives that support our members and strengthen our profession. My goal has always been to contribute wherever I can make a positive impact.
Why do you serve at the association?
I serve because I believe a strong association creates stronger REALTORS®. CAR has played an important role in my professional growth, and serving is my opportunity to give back. I enjoy helping create opportunities that support our members, encourage leadership, promote professionalism, and ensure our association continues to thrive for future generations of REALTORS®.
Why do you want to be President?
Serving as President would be an honor and the culmination of years of service to this association. I want to continue building on the strong foundation established by previous leaders while helping CAR remain financially responsible, member-focused, and forward-thinking. My goal is to lead with integrity and collaboration while ensuring every member feels represented and valued.
What do you feel are your strongest attributes that you will bring to the table if elected?
My greatest strengths are organization, consistency and dependability. I am a thoughtful listener who values different perspectives and believes the best decisions come through collaboration. I lead with professionalism, accountability, and a genuine desire to serve others while remaining focused on the long-term success of our association.
What are your leadership goals you bring to CAR if you win your position? My goals are to strengthen member engagement, continue developing future leaders, support advocacy efforts that protect private property rights, maintain the association’s financial stability, and ensure our members have access to valuable education and resources. I also want every member, from new REALTORS® to seasoned professionals, to feel welcomed, heard, and supported by their association.
Any additional statement or information:
It has been an honor to serve CAR throughout my career. I am grateful for the leaders who have mentored and encouraged me over the years, and I would be honored to continue that legacy by serving as your President. I am committed to leading with integrity, professionalism, and a servant’s heart while working alongside our members to ensure the continued success of the association.
