How long have you been a member of CAR?
I have been a CAR member since 2005.
In the past 3 years, what have you done to improve your skills as a real estate professional?
In the past 3 years, I have participated in the development of the Certified Local Expert Designation here at CAR that will assist all participants (including myself) with becoming better Realtors and advocates for the local community.
What is your history of service to this association and its members (committees, events, etc.)?
I have a long history of service with CAR committee participation and leadership. I have served as a member of the following committees: Membership, Professional Development, RPAC, Budget and Finance, and Board of Directors. I also served as President of CAR in 2019.
Why do you serve at the association?
I continue to serve at CAR because I truly care about the organization and want what is in the best interest of all Realtors. Service is the way to make a difference.
Why do you want to be Director?
I am running to be a Director because I want to continue to be a leader here at CAR and do all I can to support the organization.
What do you feel are your strongest attributes that you will bring to the table if elected?
The strongest attributes that I bring to the table are experience and common sense thinking. I always strive to be levelheaded and make decisions once I have all the information.
What are your leadership goals you bring to CAR if you win your position?
My leadership goal is to help cultivate the next generation of leaders at CAR.
