How long have you been a member of CAR?
I have proudly been a member of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® for 15 years. During that time, I’ve built lasting relationships with fellow REALTORS®, grown both personally and professionally, and became deeply invested in the success of our association and our members.
In the past 3 years, what have you done to improve your skills as a real estate professional?
Over the past three years, I have remained committed to continuous learning through professional education, industry training, and staying current on market trends and changes that impact our clients and most importantly by working as a REALTOR as a multi million dollar producer. Serving as President of the SOS Foundation has strengthened my leadership, financial stewardship, event planning, fundraising, and collaboration skills, which has made me a stronger leader.
What is your history of service to this association and its members (committees, events, etc.)?
Most recently, I’ve served as a two-time President of the Spreading Our Support (SOS) Foundation which has allowed me to work alongside our board members volunteers to raise funds for scholarships, down payment assistance, and local charities that directly impact our community. Prior to that I was on the Helping Hands committee for many years and served as a Chair for 2 years.
Why do you serve at the association?
I serve because I believe our association is strongest when members invest in one another. CAR is more than a professional organization—it is a community of people who support, educate, and advocate for each other. Giving back is an important part of who I am. I firmly believe that we all must do our part to improve our community, the city of Clarksville and the world.
Why do you want to be a Director:
I want to serve as a Director because it is my opinion that it is time to strategically reshape the association to continue to meet the needs of our members. We need to thoughtfully work towards getting more members and new members involved.
What do you feel are your strongest attributes that you will bring to the table if elected?
I believe my greatest strengths are integrity, collaboration, and a servant’s heart. I am a radically optimistic leader who believes challenges create opportunities for growth. I listen before I speak, value different perspectives, and work hard to find solutions that benefit everyone, not just the few. I bring energy, accountability, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve our association.
What are your leadership goals you bring to CAR if you win your position?
My goal is to help strengthen member engagement, encourage future leaders to become involved, and support initiatives that provide real value to our members. I want to help build an association where more members feel included, heard, and empowered to succeed.
