How long have you been a member of CAR?

I have been a proud member of CAR since September 2020..

In the past 3 years, what have you done to improve your skills as a real estate professional?
In the past 3 years I have earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation, ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) Designation, SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) Designation, and MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Certification. I have also earned my LHC (Luxury Homes Certification) and CDS (Divorce Specialist) Certification. I successfully completed and graduated from the Tennessee Realtors A.R.E.A. Leadership Program Class of 2025 as well as the Clarksville Association of Realtors Leadership Academy Class of 2026.

What is your history of service to this association and its members (committees, events, etc.)?
Since becoming a member of CAR in 2020, I have voluntary served on multiple committees to include the RPAC Committee, the D.E.I. Committee as well as the Governmental Affairs Committee. I was the Vice Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee from 2024-2025 and have been the current Chair since 2025 to present. I have always volunteered my time for CAR Related events throughout my time as a member of CAR to include multiple state level seminars, events, and conventions. Both my Wife and I have contributed sponsorships for multiple CAR events with our home building company Homefront Builders TN.

Why do you serve at the association?
I continue to serve at the association to serve as a Leader for all our association members to follow. I am deeply passionate about setting an example for our other Realtors to follow. It starts from the Top down. I genuinely love helping others within our association through serving and educating. I want CAR to be the best Association that it can be and to have proud members who genuinely feel valued by the association itself. Serving the association to me is not only rewarding but the best way of paying it forward to others within our association.

Why do you want to be Director?
I want to be on the 2027 Board of Directors to have the opportunity to serve my association at a higher level. I want to be able to serve in a different position other than on a committee. Serving on the 2027 Board of Directors would provide me with a better understanding on how the association functions from a strategic perspective and how things look from the bigger picture. I strongly feel that having the opportunity to be on the 2027 Board of Directors would provide an opportunity to help the Association become the best version of itself that it can be.

What do you feel are your strongest attributes that you will bring to the table if elected?
I feel that my Leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate others can play a vital part in the overall success of the association moving forward. Also, my ability to adapt and maneuver when necessary, regarding the task and objective at hand can be an asset to the board of directors and the association. Lastly, the ability to understand different perspectives and views regarding decisions to be made is a huge quality and asset to bring to the table if elected.

What are your leadership goals you bring to CAR if you win your position?
If I am elected to be on the 2027 Board of Directors, one of my leadership goals is to become more of a seasoned and educated member while serving the association from the Director position. To learn more about the association itself, how it functions, what is needed to function properly, and how CAR can become better overall. Lastly, if elected my goal is to strongly assist in making CAR the best Association it can possibly be and to achieve the association’s full potential.

Any additional statement or information:
I am seeking election to the 2027 Clarksville Association of Realtors Board of Directors because I am passionate about serving our members, strengthening our profession, and helping shape the future of real estate in our community. Through my experience as Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee, participation in local and state leadership programs, and ongoing commitment to advocacy and development, I have gained valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing our industry. I am committed to leading with integrity, collaboration, and a servant’s heart while ensuring every member has the resources, representation, and support they need to succeed. It would be an honor to serve on the Board and continue giving back to the association that has invested so much in my growth.
