Joshua Lambert
Chief Executive Officer
Joshua brings a wealth of experience as an association executive, licensed attorney, and community advocate. His leadership style is rooted in integrity, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to fostering collaboration and growth.
Prior to joining us in Clarksville, Joshua served as Vice President of Operations & Strategy at the REALTORS® Association of Lake & Sumter Counties, where he led a high-performing team and spearheaded key initiatives in government affairs, housing policy, and member engagement. His diverse background in legal affairs, nonprofit operations, and strategic development makes him uniquely qualified to lead our Association into its next chapter.
Kat Pafford
Member Experience Coordinator: Communications and Events
Responsible for the email and social media communications of the association and is lead staff member for our events. Staff Liaison for the Attainable Housing Community Coalition, Governmental Affairs, Handbags for Hope, Helping Hands, Leadership Academy, Member Engagement, RPAC Fundraising, and YPN Committees.
Teri Craig
Member Experience Coordinator
Responsible for overall customer service and member experience, including the REALTOR® Store and SentriLock lockbox system. Is our building manager, Center Pointe Hall rental manager.
Keshia Walker
Member Experience Coordinator: Membership and Education Services
Responsible for all aspects of the educational offerings and systems of the association including the CARES pre-licensing school. Primary manager of all membership matters including new members, transfers, retirements. Staff Liaison for: CARES Pre-Licensing School, DEI Committee, Professional Development Committee and Education Task Force.
Candace Black
Executive Assistant
With over 20 years of administrative experience working in Government and also in private practice law firms, Candace is responsible for supporting the Executive Officer and other staff members to ensure that everyone is able to focus on the overall member experience. She reviews license expirations and Kentucky forms and education membership requests. Candace currently works fully remote but is available to be in the office or attend CAR events.
